They are given a cordial lunch as soon as the fire of kitchen is begun the morning. This theoretically lasts them up to five. I say them theoretically, because if they awake theirs invariable sums with one, and lunch of odor, wheedle individually somebody in feeding them. But it is only individually. Collectively they are fed to five.
